RETURN POLICY
If for some reason you are not in love with your online order, you can initiate a return within 30 days from the receipt of your product.
We will be happy to give you an exchange or refund back to the original payment method.
We would need to know the reason for return before advising where you can return the same.
Please follow the below steps to return an item(s):
- Please email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item with ‘Return’ as the subject. In the body of the email please state the following:
- Your full name:
- Your Order No.
- Reason for return:
- We would reply to your email as soon as possible with instructions on how to proceed.
- Return the original stock item(s), including all original packaging.
- Upon receiving the returned item(s) in good order we will issue a refund (via the original form of payment) for the value of the returned item(s).
Please note that the shipping costs to return your item(s) will be your responsibility.
Also note, Slideup reserves the right to decline a return request subject to our discretion if we find that the product has been returned in damaged condition caused by mishandling by the customer.
